María Giménez Casalduero

María Giménez Casalduero. Degree in Law from the University of Murcia, with a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid and doctorate studies in Environmental Law from the University of Alicante. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Murcia and at the Department of State Legal Studies at the University of Alicante.

She has carried out research stays at the Graduate College of the University of Chapingo (State of Mexico), within the framework of the Rural Development and Water Program; in the Center for Systems Integration and Sustainability Department of Fisheries and Wildlife, Michigan State University (USA) and in the Department of Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Puerto Rico.

She has participated in several research projects on the environment, marine protected areas and water resources management, being author or co-author of diferent scientific papers and book chapters on these subjects.
